We are Kilian and Laurin, two design students
and from our first semester project we created tak.
Two young guys who had not yet quite understood what design even means. Since 2018 we have been developing storage containers made of recycled tarp.
From this, we created minimalist products, that are held together by plug connections and have an insanely smooth opening mechanism.
HOW
WHO
From old advertising banners we began to make our very first prototypes, with the goal to create containers with used tarp. The only way we wanted to connect the material was just to tuck it together with plug connections. Then we realised, that huge amounts of this material get thrown away by the Industry. So once we figured everything out, we founded our company and now manufacture our products CASE and ETUI. So we are exited for everything that comes.
WHERE
Currently we are studying at HfG Schwäbisch Gmünd. The products are still made in our apartment, from where we also send them out to you.
At the StartUpBW Elevator Pitch in Stuttgart we had the chance to convince the jury of our products.
From 140 StartUps we managed to achieve the third place.
